Returns & Exchange Policy

Whilst we do our best to be as accurate as possible, sometimes human error results in a wrong t-shirt being sent, or a small mark missed on a shirt. Issues like this (although rare) do occur. If they do arise, we’ll handle it!

INCORRECTLY FULFILLED OR DAMAGED ITEMS

The Players Hub™ will replace an item if it has been delivered with defects or incorrectly customised (wrong design, style/colour/sizes). Upon receipt of a photo of the item received, The Players Hub™will send out a replacement at no charge. You don’t even need to send back the incorrect goods, that’s on us!

CHANGE OF MIND

Unfortunately, due to the fact that items are CUSTOM printed, we are NOT able to offer exchanges or refunds due to change of mind. ‘Change of Mind’ includes but not limited to:

  • Customer prefers another sizing
  • Customer ordered the wrong colour or design.

Please Note: The description page of each item has a chart with accurate measurements for all sizes and instructions on how we obtain these measurements. We ask that you conduct your own measurements prior to ordering.
